Description
My husband’s and my lives were forever changed by the Datoga and Hadzabe tribal visits in Tanzania. These people are so happy with simple treasures: music, dance, jewelry, and their brightly patterned clothing. We hiked with the nomadic Hadzabe tribe for 3.5 hours while they collected nature’s provisions. They literally don’t use money or want it. I’ve named this piece “Furaha” — which means “rejoice!” in Swahili. I learned from my tribal friends to love what you have. Be happy — rejoice! — with less.
